Personal life

Boyce Grew up Los Angeles with his mother, father and younger sister.

His favorite style of dance was break. He was a member of the breakdancing crew “X Mob”. His father is black. Afro-Caribbean and with African-American descent.

His mother, who is white and Jewish.

His paternal grandmother, Jo Ann (Allen) Boyce, was one of the Clinton Twelve, the first African-Americans to attend an integrated high school in the south, in 1956.


In 2017 Boyce helped raise over $27,000 In a span of 40 days for the Thirst Project, which helps bring clean water to underdeveloped countries.


Boyce died “due to a seizure On July 6, 2019, which was a result of an ongoing medical condition that has been treated.” He was 20 years old at the time of his death

The way we lost such an unproblematic boy with so much potential. cameron boyce, the boy I grew up laughing at on grown ups and disney channel, is now gone. it’s still so difficult for me to register this whole thing.

So saddened to hear about the passing of such a young talented individual. I didn’t know him personally but he seemed like a great person. RIP Cameron Boyce. Some things don’t seem fair.. this pains me 😔♥️


Rip Cameron Boyce he was way to young some things just really aren’t fair I grew up watching you, as Luke as Carlos and as jake you were truly a kind soul and you will be severely missed by all I love you RIP ♥️
